Shipping Policy

The price of our merchandise as mentioned on “KUSH GRAPHICS” is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be exclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. “KUSH GRAPHICS” reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay.

• Doorstep Delivery Policy.
• Our policy allows you to get your wallpaper delivered at the address of your choice.
• Delivery of your product within India is depend but it is free at minimum certain order value.
• Delivery outside India is chargeable. Please read our International Shipping instructions.
• Delivery Cycle – Order are shipped within 3 working days of order receipt.
• Shipping Time – 5 to 7 working days from the date of order placement.
• We have our own courier & cargo arrangement as DTDC Channel Partner and also partnered with leading courier services that take great care while shipping your orders .
• We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
• On dispatch of your order, you will receive a notification of your shipping & tracking details .
• Signature on delivery is required unless other arrangements have been made.
• Client must sign for goods delivered by the courier or “KUSH GRAPHICS”will not be responsible for any losses arising from the delivery.
• If the buyer gets it picked up on its own then “KUSH GRAPHICS”will not be responsible for any damages.
